Amy brings a unique combination of forensic architectural expertise and sustainable design knowledge to her work. With almost 20 years’ experience, including several years in London investigating high-profile technical disputes, she has developed an exceptional understanding of building fabric, construction methods and the root causes of project failures. This depth of insight, together with her recently completed MSc in Sustainable Building Design, enables her to develop retrofit and refurbishment strategies that deliver maximum impact through minimum intervention.
She contributes actively to the profession, lecturing on the role of the Principal Designer and serving as an external examiner for the RIBA professional practice examinations.
